Neil Farmer is a leading business change consultant. He has worked as an interim change manager and implementation specialist for many leading organisations. He has developed highly effective methods for making business change happen, based on new leadership approaches, innovators, key influencers and informal employee networks. They have been tested and applied in some of the most challenging and successful major change programmes worldwide.

Mark Hawkswell
Mark is an experienced trainer, coach and facilitator. He has worked with close to a hundred companies in both the public and private sectors.
His primary focus in on Leadership development, helping Leaders to navigate the many complexities, opportunities and challenges that they face. He works with Leaders using both adult development and polarity maps which provide Leaders with a proven path to optimum performance. He also has a keen interest in creativity and uses many whole brain thinking tools like ORSC and metaphors to help individuals and teams reach their highest potential.
Marks passions are running, walking in nature and both individual and social psychology.

James Plunket
Over the last 12 years, James has consulted across the public and voluntary sectors, helping to build strong business and investment cases for health and social care services. In addition to supporting clients with bid writing, research, business plan writing, economic modelling and impact investor relationships, James acts as a critical friend to challenge senior teams.
His independent position allows him to question established views, embedded processes and entrenched beliefs in a way that employed staff often cannot. Having been described as a “leader through influence”, he builds consensus through a collaborative process, focusing on shared goals and ambitions to secure long-term partnerships from which clients can scale and expand.
