Neil Farmer is a leading business change consultant. He has worked as an interim change manager and implementation specialist for several leading organisations. He has developed highly effective methods for making business change happen, based on new leadership approaches, key influencers and informal employee networks. They have been tested and applied in six of Europe’s most challenging and successful major change programmes.
Mark Hawkswell is an experienced coach and facilitator who helps solve business performance problems in a wide range of industries. This breadth of experience enables him very quickly to tune into the needs of his clients.
His focus is more on helping clients to develop and implement their own solutions than offering prescriptions. He coaches leaders and teams to tap into their existing knowledge and skills.
Gideon Mitchell is a consultant specialising in analytical problems. He has undertaken pricing and other analytical projects for Volvo Cars of North America, Chrysler Europe, Safeway Stores, BMG Records, Cathay Pacific Airways, TUI, De Beers, Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and others. He has experience of public engagement, mostly in the public sector. Gideon is the CIO at Informal Networks and teaches Power Excel and business analysis courses for Learning Tree International on a part-time basis.
James Plunket has an excellent track record in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. He has worked extensively with leaders to develop and implement strategies that help realise operational and financial benefits through improved employee engagement. James also coaches leaders, in all sectors, on the development of collaboration, within and between organisations, to deliver positive and lasting performance gains.
Peter Westbrook is an experienced manager, management consultant and trainer, primarily focused on helping people put their ideas into practice and contribute to positive change.
